INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup boiled rice
  • water
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp oil
  • For Stuffing:- 1 cup corn
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp green chutney
  • 1 green chilli
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • Chunda & a pinch of red chilli powder
  • Garlic green stalk for garnish

PREPARATION

    Grind boiled rice water and curd in a mixer grinder. Grind them well. For the batter: In a mixing bowl, add gram flour, wheat flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sugar, salt, chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, curd, the prepared grinded rice paste, baking soda and oil. Mix them well. Allow the batter to rest to 5 to 7 minutes. In a mixing bowl, add corn, chopped tomatoes, green chutney, green chillies, salt and chopped coriander leaves. Mix them well. Heat a pan and pour a ladleful of batter and make small pancakes. Then place the prepared stuffing at the centre of the pancake and fold it. Place the pancakes onto a plate and serve it with Mango chunda. Garnish it with red chilli powder and garlic green stalk.
