  • 1.1pack of ramen or noodles
  • 2.1cup of water
  • 3 .1cup oil
  • An egg (for poaching)
  • 5.3tbsp of cornflour
  • 6.100gms of boiled chicken .
  • 2cloves of garlic
  • 8.1 onion
  • 9.2tbsp of tomato puree
  • 10.1tbsp of butter
  • 11.1tbsp soya sauce and vinegar
  • 12.2tbsp of spring onion

    In a pan take 1cup of water and boil the noodles and then wash the noodles with cold water and spray some oil on to it and then heat 1cup of oil in a pan and deep fry the noodles . Heat another pan with some butter then add garlic ,onion ,spring onion and fry it until brown and then add the boiled chicken and add tomato puree,soya sauce and vinegar and then take 1/4cup of water and mix some cornflour and add the mix in the chicken gravy let it thicken and then your chicken gravy is ready.
