  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 21 tsp Cumin seed
  • ½ tps Fenugreek seeds
  • 1 - 2 Kashmiri dry Red chilli
  • 2 tsp chopped Ginger
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt as per test
  • ½ tsp Red chilli powder
  • 250 gms Pumpkin
  • Water as needed
  • 3 tsp Gaggery
  • 4 to 5 tbsp Tamarind paste
  • 1 tbsp fresh Coriander leaves.

    Heat Oil and add, Fenugreek seeds, Kashmiri dry Red chilli, chopped Ginger, Turmeric powder, Salt and Red chilli powder.

    Add Pumpkin cubes and sauté.
  3. 3

    Water as needed and cook the pumpkin.
  4. 4

    Add Gaggery, Tamarind paste and sauté.
  5. 5

    cook till the Pumpkin is tender.
  6. 6

    Sprinkle chopped fresh Coriander leaves and mix well.
