- Hung curd-1 cup
- Mango pureed-1/2 cup
- Chopped mangoes-1/4 cup
- Sugar powder-2-3 tbs(increase or decrease according to taste)
- Kesar threads-7-8
- Pista for garnish
- Take hung curd in a bowl.
- Now add mango puree.
- Now add cardamom powder and Kesar.
- Now add sugar according to the sweetness you require.
- Mix everything together.
- Now take a short glass and put amrakhand.
- Now top it up with Chopped mangoes .
- Garnish it with Chopped pista.
