INGREDIENTS

  • Hung curd-1 cup
  • Mango pureed-1/2 cup
  • Chopped mangoes-1/4 cup
  • Sugar powder-2-3 tbs(increase or decrease according to taste)
  • Cardamom-3(powder)
  • Kesar threads-7-8
  • Pista for garnish

PREPARATION

    Take hung curd in a bowl.

    Now add mango puree.
  3. 3

    Now add cardamom powder and Kesar.
  4. 4

    Now add sugar according to the sweetness you require.
  5. 5

    Mix everything together.
  6. 6

    Now take a short glass and put amrakhand.
  7. 7

    Now top it up with Chopped mangoes .
  8. 8

    Garnish it with Chopped pista.
