INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • Water
  • 3 cups Whole Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp Poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp White Sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp White butter

HOW TO PREPARE ALSI KI PINNI

    In a pan heat water and jaggery let it melt.
  2. 2

    in a bowl add flour, jaggery liquid, water and bring everything together.
  3. 3

    make a firm dough and roll a roti out of it.
  4. 4

    roast roti from both sides on a hot pan, add oil for crispness.
  5. 5

    sprinkle sugar, poppy seeds, white sesame seeds on roti.
  6. 6

    let suager melt.
  7. 7

    serve hot with white butter.
