INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup flex seeds
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • 50 gms gond
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp cardamom powder
  • 4 tbsp dry fruit powder
  • 4 tbsp sugar powder
  • Pistachio

HOW TO PREPARE ALSI KI PINNI

  1. 1

    Dry roast flex seeds in a pan and powder it in mixer.
  2. 2

    Heat ghee in a pan and fry edible gum till it swells, grind it into a powder.
  3. 3

    Heat ghee in a pan and add whole wheat flour, cardamom powder, dry fruit powder, sugar powder and sauté.
  4. 4

    Cool the mixture, make balls of it and roll them on mixture of chopped and powder pistachio.
  5. 5

    Garnish with chopped pistachio.
