INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup flex seeds
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • 50 gms gond
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp cardamom powder
  • 4 tbsp dryfruit powder
  • 4 tbsp sugar powder
  • Pistachio

PREPARATION

    Dry roast flex seeds in a pan and powder it in mixer.
  2. 2

    Heat ghee in a pan and fry edible gum till it swells.
  3. 3

    Grind it into a powder.
  4. 4

    Heat ghee in a pan and add whole wheat flour, cardamom powder, dryfruit powder, sugar powder and saute.
  5. 5

    Cool the mixture.
  6. 6

    Make balls of it and roll them on mixture of chopped and powder pistachio.
  7. 7

    Garnish with chopped pistachio.
