INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped broccoli
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • For Tikki :3 raw potatoes
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp chopped onions
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required
  • For Garnish: Green chillies fried
  • Sev
  • Cherry sliced Tomatoes
  • Green chutney

HOW TO PREPARE ALOO TIKKI ROESTIS

    Peel the potatoes and grate some in a bowl.
  2. 2

    Add oil and grate the remaining potatoes.
  3. 3

    Add chopped coriander, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger and salt.
  4. 4

    Add cumin seeds and mix all the ingredients well.
  5. 5

    Add oil and mix.
  6. 6

    Heat oil in a pan.
  7. 7

    Spread the grated potatoes evenly in as thin a layer as possible in the pan.

    Cook on a low flame for 2 3 minutes.
  9. 9

    Flip and cook on the other side.
  10. 10

    Add chopped broccoli and grated cheese in the middle and flip over to cover the filling.
  11. 11

    Roast on both sides.
  12. 12

    Garnish with fried green chillies, sev, sliced cherry tomatoes and green chutney.
  13. 13

    Serve hot.
