INGREDIENTS

  • 2 baby potatoes, boiled
  • 1-2 tsp gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds, asafoetida, Salt
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped, oil

HOW TO PREPARE ALOO TIKKI

    n a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes, gram flour, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped coriander leaves and salt.

    Mix them well.
  3. 3

    Take small portion of the mixture and make pattice.
  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan.
  5. 5

    Add the pattice and fry them until they turn golden.
  6. 6

    Aloo tikki taste best when served hot with chutney or curd.
