INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Chopped potatoes
  • 1 chopped onions
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1tp Ginger
  • 1tsp Garlic
  • 1/2tsp Cumin seeds, Salt as required, oil as required, Water as required

HOW TO PREPARE ALOO TAMATAR KA JHOL

    In a pan, heat some oil and add some cumin seeds and chopped onions.

    Wait until it turns golden brown.
  3. 3

    Add chopped garlic and ginger, and wait till it turns light brown.
  4. 4

    Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
  5. 5

    Mix it well.
  6. 6

    Add chopped potatoes and mix it well.
  7. 7

    Pour some water and cover it with glass lid.
  8. 8

    After few minutes, add tomatoes and cook until the potatoes are soft.
  9. 9

    Aloo Tamatar Ki Jhol is ready to serve.
