INGREDIENTS

  • 2 peeled and par boiled potatoes
  • 1 green bell pepper wedged
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 chopped Tomato
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp oil
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • For Garnish: Parsley

HOW TO PREPARE ALOO SHIMLA MIRCH

    Parboil the potatoes and cut into wedges.
  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and add the potato wedges and fry till they turn golden brown.
  3. 3

    Also fry green bell pepper wedges and remove in a plate with tissue paper.
  4. 4

    Heat some oil in a pan and saute the chopped onion till it becomes soft.
  5. 5

    Add ginger tomato (both chopped), red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, fried potato wedges, fried bell pepper and salt.

    Cook until done and your appetiser is ready to be served.

    Garnish the plate with parsley or chopped coriander.
