INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp onions
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 capsicum slices
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves
  • chopped

PREPARATION

    Heat oil in a Kadai. Add cumin seeds, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and salt.

    Saute them well.

    Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder.

    Cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Add sliced potatoes, sliced capsicum and water.

    Mix them well.

    Cook them for another 2-3 minutes.

    Garnish it with coriander leaves.
