  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp onions
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, Salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 capsicum slices
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves, chopped

HOW TO PREPARE ALOO SHIMLA MIRCH

    Heat oil in a Kadai.

    Add cumin seeds, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and salt.

    Saut� them well.

    Then, add red chilli powder and turmeric powder.

    Cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Add sliced potatoes, sliced capsicum and water.

    Mix them well.
