INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 cup onion paste
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp fresh cream
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 cup potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • For garnish
  • coriander leaves

PREPARATION

    Heat oil in a kadai, add asafoetida, cumin seeds, onion paste and ginger garlic paste.

    Saute them well.
  3. 3

    Cook it for 2 minutes.
  4. 4

    Add fresh cream and cook for some more time.
  5. 5

    Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
  6. 6

    Toss them well.
  7. 7

    Add green peas, chopped potatoes, salt and water.
  8. 8

    Cook them for another 2 minutes.
  9. 9

    Add garam masala and mix them well.
  10. 10

    Garnish it with coriander leaves.
