INGREDIENTS

  • 3 to 4 peeled potatoes
  • 2 cubes butter
  • ½ tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • salt to taste
  • water

HOW TO PREPARE ALOO MASH

    Slice the peeled potatoes and boil with water and salt till they turn soft.

    Strain the potatoes and mash well.
  3. 3

    Heat some butter in a pan on a low flame and add the mashed potatoes, along with nutmeg powder, black pepper powder, salt and fresh cream.

    Stir and toss the mashed potatoes.
  5. 5

    Arrange lettuce leaves in a serving plate and place aloo mash on the lettuce leaves.
  6. 6

    Garnish with parsley sprigs.
