  • 1/2 cup hung curd
  • 1 tbsp ginger - garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp all ground spice
  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 1/2 tsp gram flour
  • 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 bowl parboiled baby potatoes
  • onion slices
  • mint leaves

    In a bowl, add hung curd, ginger - garlic paste, dry mango powder, chaat masala, all ground spice, Kashmiri red chilli, salt as per taste. Add gram flour, fenugreek leaves, oil and mix it well.

    Add parboiled baby potatoes and marinate it for 30 minutes. Add the potatoes in skewers and grill it in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes.

    Garnish with slices of onion, mint leaves and serve with green chutney.
