INGREDIENTS

  • 3-4 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 black cardamoms
  • 2 cinnamon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 ½ kg mutton
  • 1 green chilly
  • 2 tbsp fried onions
  • water as required
  • 1 cup curd
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1-2 tbsp coriander powder

PREPARATION

    To make Aloo Gosht, in a pan, add oil, bay leaf, large cardamom, cinnamon, onion and meat, then add green chillies, fried onions and water and let it cook.

    Mix yogurt, salt, turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, fried onions, ginger and garlic paste in a bowl.

    In a pot, mix the mustard oil, potato, cumin and curd mixture, and add cooked meat, cashew and brown onion paste, coriander and cumin powder, coriander and mint leaves and let it cook.

    Aloo Gosht is ready.
