In Ghee add Cinnamon sticks, Cumin seed, Black Peppercorns, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Bay Leaves, Cloves and let it fry. Add sliced onion and sauté till light brown. Add Ginger juliennes, Turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Asafoetida and mix well. Add potato's, Cauliflower and water to the pan. Cover that pan and cook. make paste of soaked Rice, Green Cardamom with water. Add curd, Rice paste and add salt to that pan. Garnish with slit green Chillies and Coriander leaves. Aloo Gobhi Palda is ready.
