INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbspa Green chilli paste
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup onions, Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 cup potato
  • 1/2 cup brinjal cubes
  • 1-2 cup water

HOW TO PREPARE ALOO BAIGAN MASALA

    Heat oil in a pan and add some cumin seeds, chopped ginger and garlic, and green chilli paste.

    Saute them well.

    Then, add chopped tomatoes and onions.
  4. 4

    Mix them well.
  5. 5

    Add salt to the mixture, and saute till the oil separates.
  6. 6

    Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder.

    Mix them well.

    Add potatoes and brinjal cubes.
  9. 9

    Mix it well.

    Pour water and cover it with a lid.
  11. 11

    Cook it on a low flame, till brinjal and potatoes are cooked.

    Aloo Baigan Masala is ready to serve.
