  • 1½ cup refined flour
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Dark cocoa powder
  • 2 to 3 tbsp almonds
  • 3 to 4 tbsp icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp White butter
  • 2 to 3 tsp olive oil
  • Lukewarm water
  • Chocolate glaze
  • Walnuts
  • Icing sugar


  1. 1

    In a bowl make a batter with refined flour, dark cocoa powder, chopped almonds, icing sugar, white butter, olive oil and lukewarm water.

    Pour the batter into a baking tray and place it in a baking dish.
  3. 3

    Place a lid on it and bake it for 7 to 8 minutes.
  4. 4

    Add water if required.
  5. 5

    Remove the tray from the dish.
  6. 6

    Take the cake out trim the top and sides and cut into bite sized pieces.
  7. 7

    Coat the cake pieces with chocolate glaze.
  8. 8

    Use chopped walnuts and icing sugar for garnish.
