INGREDIENTS

  • 65 gms Castor Sugar
  • 35 gms Heavy Cream
  • 35 gms Honey
  • 75 gms Almond Flakes
  • 15 gms Chopped Pistachios
  • 35 gms chopped Orange Peel
  • 20 gms Blueberries

HOW TO PREPARE ALMOND BLUEBERRY FLORENTINE

    Take a pan and add castor sugar, cream and honey.

    Mix it thoroughly.
  3. 3

    Once it starts boiling put all the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. 4

    Turn off the flame and cool it.
  5. 5

    Once it’s cool, take a silicon mat or muffin mould and spoon it.
  6. 6

    Put it in the oven at 170 Degree C for 12 minutes, until golden.
  7. 7

    After 12 minutes, remove it and cool it for 10 minutes.
  8. 8

    Serve it with Dark Chocolate.
