INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 8 - 10 shallots
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 raw mango sliced
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 250 ml thin coconut milk & 1 cup thick coconut milk
  • 1 pomfret
  • Salt as per taste
  • Curry leaves

HOW TO PREPARE ALLAPUZHA FISH CURRY

    Heat a pan In a bowl, add red chilli powder, water and mix it.

    To the pan, add coconut oil, shallots, green chillies, chopped green chillies, ginger and saute Add sliced raw mango and mix it well.

    Add turmeric powder, chilli mix, water and mix Add salt as per taste, thin coconut milk Add marinated pomfret.

    Add curry leaves and mix it well Add thick coconut milk and switch off the gas Stir the curry.
  5. 5

    Garnish with curry leaves and serve.
