Andhra cuisine has a lot of chutneys or accompaniments to go with the main dishes. Chef Pankaj Bhadouria shares a recipe for one such traditional chutney, the Allam Pachadi, an Andhra style ginger chutney. This pachadi is sweet, spicy and tangy and lip-smacking.
