  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 2 tbsp chopped cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp chironjee
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • pinch of rock salt
  • 4-5 seedless dates
  • soaked saffron
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cup thick curd
  • Ice cubes

    In a pan, dry roast almonds, cashew nuts and chironjee.

    In a blender jar, add roasted nuts, milk, rock salt, seedless dates, soaked saffron, raisins, sugar and blend.

    Add curd, ice and blend again till smooth.

    Pour the mixture into a glass and garnish it with chopped nuts.

    All in one Lassi is ready to serve.
