  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 2 tbsp moong sprouts
  • ½ cup coconut
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp asafoetida
  • chopped coriander leaves
  • 3 to 4 finely chopped green chillies
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • For Serving: Homemade pickle
  • Coriander raita.

    Take rice flour in a bowl.
  2. 2

    Add the moong sprouts freshly grated coconut, cumin seeds, asafoetida, salt, finely chopped coriander and green chillies.

    Mix them all.

    Add water gradually and make a dough.
  5. 5

    Dust the board with the rice flour.
  6. 6

    Take a small portion of the dough and roll it out shaping like a roti.
  7. 7

    Heat a pan and roast the roti.
  8. 8

    Drizzle with olive oil on both sides of the roti and cook.
  9. 9

    Similarly make more rotis of the dough.
  10. 10

    Cut the roti into four pieces and serve hot with homemade pickle and coriander raita.
