  • soaked falooda as required
  • 2 tsp rose syrup
  • 2 tsp pineapple jelly cubes
  • 3 tsp basil seeds
  • 1 cup khus flavoured milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla ice cream
  • mixed dry fruits
  • pineapple jelly cube
  • For akhrot mixture
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 1 cup boiled and chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup chopped french beans
  • 1 ½ tbsp cashew nut powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk solids
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp oil
  • For tikki
  • ½ cup grated raw bananas
  • crushed black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated boiled potatoes
  • 1 tbsp grated cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp almond and walnut powder
  • 1 tsp oil
  • For garnish
  • coriander leaves

    Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste chopped green chillies, boiled and chopped walnuts, chopped french beans, cashew nut powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and condensed milk solids and mix.

    Add the prepared mixture to a bowl of grated raw banana, add salt, crushed black pepper, boiled and grated potatoes, grated cottage cheese and almond and walnut powder. Mix well.

    Make small tikkis from the dough.

    Heat oil in a pan and cook the tikkis on a low flame from both sides.
  5. 5

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
