  • 2 apples
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 - 7 spinach leaves
  • 1 tsp roasted flax seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Honey

HOW TO PREPARE AFTER WORKOUT SMOOTHIE

    Add the chopped apple in a blender and prepare a juice Strain the juice in a bowl.

    Chop the avocado and bananas Add them in a blender Add lemon juice, spinach leaves, apple juice, roasted flax seeds, almond milk, honey and blend it.

    Pour the smoothie in a glass and serve.
