- 2 apples
- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 - 7 spinach leaves
- 1 tsp roasted flax seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- Add the chopped apple in a blender and prepare a juice. Strain the juice in a bowl.
- Chop the avocado and bananas. Add them in a blender. Add lemon juice, spinach leaves, apple juice, roasted flax seeds, almond milk, honey and blend it.
- Pour the smoothie in a glass and serve.
