    For the meat stock: In a deep cooking pot, add lamb meat, cinnamon stick, cloves, ginger-garlic paste, salt and water.

    Allow it to boil for 40 to 50 minutes.

    Then, separate the meat from the meat stock.

    For the garnishing: Heat oil in a saucepan.

    Add walnuts and raisins.

    Saut� them well.

    Heat oil in a fresh saucepan.

    Add grated carrots and saut� them well.

    Keep them aside.

    For the biryani: Heat oil in a cooking pot.

    Add chopped onions, cinnamon stock, cloves, green cardamom and cumin seeds.

    Saut� them well.

    Then, add the cooked meat and meat stock.

    Mix them well.

    Add basmati rice and cook it for 7 to 10 minutes.

    Garnish it with the fried grated carrots, walnuts and raisins, which you kept aside.
