INGREDIENTS

  • 4 to 5 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 2 to 3 tsp achaar masala
  • 3 to 4 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt
  • black pepper powder
  • 250 gm cottage cheese
  • 3 to 4 tortilla wraps
  • 2 to 3 tsp honey
  • 2 to 3 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 3 to 4 tsp olive oil
  • 2 to 3 tbsp lemon juice

    In a pan heat mustard oil. In a bowl, add hung curd, hot mustard oil and whisk it properly. Add achar masala, red chilli powder in a bowl and mix well and refrigerate for 1 to 1 hours. For the dressing, add honey, red chilli flakes, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder in another bowl and mix well. For the salad, chop the cucumber, tomato, add it to a bowl. Chop the iceberg lettuce, soak it in cold water and keep aside. Drain the lettuce and add to the salad. Add the salad dressing. Slice the cottage cheese and generously apply achari mixture on it. In a pan, heat mustard oil and shallow fry the cottage cheese. Set aside. On a tawa, roast the tortilla wrap. Place the prepared salad, fried cottage cheese on the wrap, roll it, slice diagonally in half and serve with your favourite dip.
