Achari Chicken Wings

  • 5-7 chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp mixed pickle masala
  • 1 tbsp corn flour, Water as required
  • 2-3 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup coriander, chopped

    Marinate the chicken wings with ginger-garlic paste and salt and rest it for 10 minutes.

    In a bowl, combine the mixed pickle masala, corn flour and water to form a slurry.

    Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken wings for about five minutes till they turn golden-brown in colour.

    Pour the corn flour slurry and toss well.

    Cook for a minute.

    Add a cup of chopped coriander.
  7. 7

    Toss well and cook for another minute and serve hot.
