  • 4 Mango pieces
  • 1½ tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt
  • black pepper powder
  • 1 to 2 tbsp refined flour
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  • Desiccated coconut
  • coriander
  • Mango pieces

    Deskin the mango pieces.
  2. 2

    In a bowl, combine oil, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder.
  3. 3

    Marinate the mango pieces in it.
  4. 4

    Then add refined flour and mix well.
  5. 5

    Spread desiccated coconut in a plate.
  6. 6

    Coat the marinated mango pieces with desiccated coconut.
  7. 7

    Heat a pan, use the marination oil and shallow fry the mango pieces on a low flame till golden brown.
  8. 8

    Decorate the plate with green colored desiccated coconut and place the mango pieces on it.
  9. 9

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and mango pieces.
