Deskin the mango pieces. In a bowl, combine oil, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder. Marinate the mango pieces in it. Then add refined flour and mix well. Spread desiccated coconut in a plate. Coat the marinated mango pieces with desiccated coconut. Heat a pan, use the marination oil and shallow fry the mango pieces on a low flame till golden brown. Decorate the plate with green colored desiccated coconut and place the mango pieces on it. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and mango pieces.
