Slice the peeled potatoes and boil with water and salt till they turn soft. Strain the potatoes and mash well. Heat some butter in a pan on a low flame and add the mashed potatoes, along with nutmeg powder, black pepper powder, salt and fresh cream. Stir and toss the mashed potatoes. Arrange lettuce leaves in a serving plate and place aloo mash on the lettuce leaves. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
