INGREDIENTS

  • 3 to 4 peeled potatoes; 2 cubes butter; ½ tsp nutmeg powder; 1 tsp black pepper powder; 2 tbsp fresh cream; salt to taste; water

HOW TO PREPARE AALOO MASH

    Slice the peeled potatoes and boil with water and salt till they turn soft.

    ; Strain the potatoes and mash well.

    ; Heat some butter in a pan on a low flame and add the mashed potatoes, along with nutmeg powder, black pepper powder, salt and fresh cream.

    ; Stir and toss the mashed potatoes.

    ; Arrange lettuce leaves in a serving plate and place aloo mash on the lettuce leaves.
