  • 2 to 3 tbsp rice flour
  • ½ tsp nutmeg powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • water
  • FOR 2nd Slot
  • 2 to 3 tbsp rice flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp clove powder
  • 1 2 tsp sambar masala
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • water
  • FOR 3rd Slot
  • 2 to 3 tbsp rice flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp black cumin seeds
  • 1 to 2 tsp coconut milk
  • ½ tsp sambar masala
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • water

HOW TO PREPARE 3 WAYS SEV

    For the first slot take rice flour in a bowl and add nutmeg powder, salt and baking soda.

    Mix well.

    Add oil and water and knead to form a dough.

    For the second slot, take rice flour in a bowl.

    Add baking soda salt, garam masala, clove powder and sambar masala.

    Add oil and water and knead to form a dough.

    For the third slot, take rice flour in a bowl.

    Add baking soda cumin seeds, coconut milk and sambar masala.

    Add oil and water and knead to form a dough.

    Fill the prepared dough in three different types of sev machines.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    extrude the dough from the respective machines for deep frying.

    Fry till the sev becomes crisp and golden brown.
